Tour de pub ("the app") is operated by Tour de Pub s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic ("we"). Questions or requests: support@tourdepub.com.

What we collect

• Anonymous player ID. The app creates an anonymous ID so your progress can be saved. No name, e-mail or password is needed.
• Sign in with Apple (optional). If you sign in, Apple gives us a private identifier for your account. We ask for no name and no e-mail.
• Game data. Which story you play, your progress (including the start point and the pubs of your route), how long you played, hints and "sips" counters, player first names you type for party games (stored only as part of the progress), your star rating and an optional comment.
• Video review (optional). If you record or choose a video review and send it, we store the video, the e-mail address you enter (to send your reward) and the consent you gave.
• Location. The app uses your phone's location to find pubs near you and to know when you arrive at a stop. The live position stays on your phone. Searches for pubs are sent to Apple Maps. Opening hours are requested from Google Places using the pub's name and position.
• Purchases. Purchases made in the app are handled by Apple and purchases made on this website are handled by Stripe. We do not see your payment details.

Why we use it

To run the game and save your progress (contract), to understand how games are played and improve them (legitimate interest), to send the reward for a video review (contract), and to use a video review in marketing only if you consented.

Video reviews and marketing

If you send a video review you agree that we may publish it on Instagram and use it in advertising, and that your image, voice and (if you say it) name may appear. You can withdraw this consent at any time by e-mailing support@tourdepub.com; we will stop using the video and delete it. Publications made before withdrawal remain lawful.

Who receives data

• Lovable Cloud (managed database and file storage, EU region: Ireland) as our processor.
• Apple (Apple Maps, Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases).
• Google (Places API for opening hours, and Tag Manager and Analytics for website measurement, which run only after you accept cookies).
• Stripe (payment processing for purchases made on this website).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for tracking across other companies' apps and websites.

How long we keep it

Progress and ratings until you delete your account (or for up to 24 months of inactivity). Video reviews until you withdraw consent. Statistics may be kept in anonymous form.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion, and object to processing. In the app, use Delete account and data on the home screen after signing in with Apple. Otherwise e-mail support@tourdepub.com. If you are in the EU you can complain to your data protection authority.

Age

The app is for adults (18+) because it is about visiting pubs. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will publish changes on this page and update the date above.
